    Coordinate

We align the people, packages and decisions the project needs, with a clear owner for each.

    Measure

Cost, programme, quality and risk are tracked against a baseline and reported in plain terms.

  4. STEP 04
    Report

You receive decision-ready reporting with the evidence behind every recommendation.

  1. 01
    Programme & recovery
Common exposure for the ownerSlippage is often reported only after the milestone has passed, when the options to recover have narrowed.
With ACC as your project managerThe live programme (Gantt / PERT) keeps the critical path visible, and where dates move, recovery options are advised through delay analysis — the approach behind the 8-week programme recovery advised on the Grosvenor Place fit-out, and the 18-day EOT assessed on the Manly Waterfront Residences after two extended wet-weather events.
  2. 02
    Risk & site evidence
Common exposure for the ownerRisks sit in a list that is not connected to what is happening on site.
With ACC as your project managerEach risk carries an owner, a treatment and the site evidence behind it. On the Grosvenor Place fit-out the risk register was cross-linked to 480+ items of controlled site evidence.
  3. 03
    Contract administration
Common exposure for the ownerVariations, notices and instructions are handled informally and reconstructed later from emails.
With ACC as your project managerRFIs, instructions, variations and notices are recorded against the governing clause as they arise — the discipline ACC applied administering variations to CBD-wide utilities on the Sydney Monorail station and track works, delivered with staged night-shift possession windows.
  4. 04
    Reporting to the owner
Common exposure for the ownerThe owner hears the contractor's version of progress, without an independent position.
With ACC as your project managerA set reporting calendar gives the owner or board an independent monthly position on cost, progress and risk — a reporting cadence the client's asset committee adopted on the Grosvenor Place engagement.

Figures, sectors and project outcomes referenced are those ACC publishes on accassociate.com.au for the engagements shown. Every engagement is scoped in a written proposal; outcomes depend on the information available and the decisions taken on each project.

// 05 / Questions owners ask

Straight answers before you appoint.

What does ACC's project management cover?

Client-side project management from brief to handover: scope definition and stakeholder register, programme and milestone control with recovery planning, budget and variation assessment, contract administration support for claims, notices, RFIs and instructions, and quality, inspection and defects coordination through to handover.

How is the programme controlled?

A live programme (Gantt / PERT) with the critical path is developed at the start and held through delivery. Milestones are tracked against it, slippage is identified early and recovery options are put to you with their cost and time implications while there is still time to act on them.

How often will I be reported to?

A reporting calendar is set in the project execution plan. You receive a monthly cost and progress report, the live programme, and the RFI, instruction, variation and defect registers — every item carrying its evidence and its owner.

What kinds of projects does ACC manage?

New builds, refurbishments, fit-outs and staged works in live environments. ACC can be engaged for the whole delivery or for a single stage such as procurement, construction or handover.

How is a project management engagement scoped?

The scope of every engagement is defined in a written proposal or consultancy agreement so you know what is included before work starts. Submit an enquiry on this page and an ACC consultant will come back to you with a reference number and the next step.
