The right contractor, on the right terms, held to them.

Procurement and contract support from strategy to final account. We shape the packages, run the selection, settle the conditions and then administer the contract — variations, claims, notices and payment — inside the ACC tender and contract registers so the commercial position is always current.

Straight answers before you appoint.

What does procurement and contract support cover?

Strategy to final account: packaging and delivery model, tender evaluation and award recommendation, contract conditions review against AS 4000 / AS 4902 style terms and NSW security-of-payment obligations, variation, claim and notice control, and payment and commercial controls.

Can ACC review a contract before I sign it?

Yes. The contract particulars and conditions are reviewed against the delivery model and the risks of the project, with the governing clauses explained, before signing.

How are variations and claims controlled during the contract?

Every variation, claim and notice is recorded with its governing clause and assessed against the contract in the ACC tender and contract registers, so the commercial position is kept current.

What do I receive?

A procurement strategy paper, a tender evaluation and award report, a contract particulars and conditions review, a variation and claims register with commercial position and a final account summary.

How is a procurement engagement scoped?

The scope of every engagement is defined in a written proposal or consultancy agreement so you know what is included before work starts. Submit an enquiry on this page and an ACC consultant will come back to you with a reference number and the next step.
