Pay for what is built. Know what is next.

Stage, progress and payment assurance for owners paying for construction. Stages are tracked against the programme, progress is verified with evidence, payment claims are assessed against the contract and the position — paid, committed, forecast — is reported from the same records the project runs on.

Straight answers before you appoint.

How does payment assurance work?

Construction stages are tracked against the programme, progress is verified with site evidence before payment, and each payment claim or invoice is assessed against the contract and NSW security-of-payment timing before a recommendation is made.

How do I know what has been paid, committed and forecast?

Through a statement of account reported from the same records the project runs on — paid, committed and forecast — with variation and delay impacts carried into the forecast to completion.

Can ACC assess a single progress claim?

Yes. Progress-claim assessment, stage inspection and sign-off, and forecast-to-completion reviews can each be engaged on their own or as part of owner-side payment assurance through the whole build.

What do I receive?

A stage programme with progress-claim schedule, progress verification records with evidence, payment-claim assessments and recommendations, a statement of account and a monthly progress and payment report.

How is a payment assurance engagement scoped?

The scope of every engagement is defined in a written proposal or consultancy agreement so you know what is included before work starts. Submit an enquiry on this page and an ACC consultant will come back to you with a reference number and the next step.
