// Feasibility · Feasibility & Development Appraisal

Test the numbers before the numbers test you.

Feasibility and development appraisal for investors, owners and developers deciding whether a site, a design or an acquisition stands up. We set out the cost, programme and viability position with the basis stated, so the decision is made on evidence rather than optimism.

// 03 / How we work

Review · Coordinate · Measure · Report.

  1. STEP 01
    Review

    We start with your documents, site and objectives and set out the position as it stands.

  2. STEP 02
    Coordinate

    We align the people, packages and decisions the project needs, with a clear owner for each.

  3. STEP 03
    Measure

    Cost, programme, quality and risk are tracked against a baseline and reported in plain terms.

  4. STEP 04
    Report

    You receive decision-ready reporting with the evidence behind every recommendation.

// 04 / Questions owners ask

Straight answers before you appoint.

What does a feasibility study from ACC test?

Cost, programme, yield and viability for the site, design or acquisition under consideration — with the assumptions and exclusions stated, so the decision is made on tested assumptions rather than untested ones.

How is the preliminary cost plan produced?

Where documents allow, quantities are measured through the ACC Take-Off and priced into a cost plan linked to the feasibility, showing base cost, escalation allowance and any value-engineering savings.

Can ACC compare options or staging alternatives?

Yes. A development appraisal compares scope, staging and option alternatives on the same basis and carries the risks identified into the ACC Risk Register for the project.

What do I receive?

A feasibility report (draft and final) with stated assumptions and exclusions, the linked cost plan position, a development programme summary with approvals and procurement milestones, a risk register extract and a decision memo for the investment committee.

How is a feasibility engagement scoped?

The scope of every engagement is defined in a written proposal or consultancy agreement so you know what is included before work starts. Submit an enquiry on this page and an ACC consultant will come back to you with a reference number and the next step.
